1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for new or slightly used products in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving the item. Defective or damaged products are also eligible for returns. Items must include all original accessories to qualify for a successful return. Please note that sales on larger items, like specialized equipment, are final. You have 30 minutes to cancel your order. After that, orders cannot be changed or modified, including changes to the shipping address. If you need to modify your address, please cancel your order and place a new one.

If you refuse delivery, the shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.
